About the role
- Leading the Development on a large greenfield global ServiceNow implementation
- Leading best practice and development standards at all time
- Owning the development process, including peer reviews and documentation
- Collaborating with other developers, BAs and architects
- Contributing to requirements workshops
- Working within ServiceNow - Platform Support - Global Team to drive efficiency, cost savings and improve colleague and client experience
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years working on the ServiceNow platform with at least one large greenfield implementation
- Experience leading development teams
- Experience mentoring junior developers
- Peer review of complex development by both internal and external developers
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- Setting platform wide standards and ensuring they are followed
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Certified implementation specialist ideally two or more of ITOM, SecOps, HRSM, ESG, Legal Service
- ESC pro
