About the role

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform system analysis to ensure solutions align with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Design, build, and support automation solutions using Power Automate, Alteryx, ServiceNow RPA Hub and/or other automation tools.
  • Develop reports and integrations between finance applications (e.g., Oracle Fusion, EPBCS) using native reporting solutions and/or Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Implement OCR-enabled automation for invoice ingestion, data extraction and reconciliations.
  • Configure and support automation runtimes, connections, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Build and execute test plans to validate automation logic and integrations; support UAT and resolve technical defects.
  • Maintain documentation, support automation governance practices including audit, security, and risk controls.
  • Provide production support for deployed solutions, ensuring stability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst, automation developer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Alteryx and/or ServiceNow RPA Hub.
  • Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
  • Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and ERP data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including ERP integrations and runtime configuration.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with OCR functionality and its application in finance operations.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of financial processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, plan-to-report).
  • Preferred: Experience working in Agile teams and sprint-based delivery.
