💰 $127,500 - $214,200 per year
About the role
- Lead and evolve core data capabilities including Merchant Mapping, Entity Resolution, Data Taxonomy Optimization, Transaction Verification, Data Normalization and Maintenance, Data Integration & Enrichment.
- Design and manage processes for linking internal data to external identifiers and tools such as NAICS codes, DUNS IDs, etc.
- Evaluate and integrate new data sources, including expansion into additional geographies and data domains.
- Lead benchmarking efforts to assess data quality, coverage, and performance against industry standards.
- Partner with other Product Managers and Technical Product Owner to identify, prioritize, and build data capabilities that enable new product development.
- Partner with stakeholders in other areas and initiatives across the enterprise to support key initiatives such as Master Data Management.
- Lead external partnerships that support data enrichment, normalization, and capability expansion.
- Prepare and present product plans, manage project inventory during budget planning, monitor product P&L, collaborate with senior management, complete business scope documents, and manage vendor relationships.
- May require up to 25% travel.

Requirements
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
- Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Proven experience in product management, data strategy, or data operations roles.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Experience with data mapping, taxonomy design, and entity resolution techniques.
- Familiarity with industry data standards and identifiers (e.g., NAICS, DUNS, etc)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in financial services, commerce, or data-driven product environments.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance frameworks.
- Technical proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, data catalogs, MDM tools).
