- Senior Manager, Product Partnerships | Strategy | Remote
Develop and execute partner strategy: analyze internal capabilities and external market factors to determine where we need to partner, who to partner with, how to structure partnerships, etc.
Lead all aspects of deal execution with support: identifying and prioritizing targets, business case development, deal structuring, negotiating terms and contracts, and closing (and in some cases, making the decision not to proceed with a partner if it is not the right strategic priority for Worldpay)
Collaborate across segments: liaise with Product, Sales, Commercial and Strategy teams and other areas of the business to gather input and ensure alignment on the partners we pursue
Ensure the success of your partnerships and work with the partner and stakeholders at Worldpay to launch and grow the partnership. Ability to run partner projects, manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to get partnerships executed would be key
Have the autonomy to explore other potential partnerships that can deliver additional capabilities to our existing suite of products and services, and hence additional value to our merchants

Requirements
- 5-10+ years of professional experience, with 2-3+ years of partnership experience with a focus on executing partnership deals (preferred); Or, experience in sales in a business development or a relationship management role
A track record of signing and launching new partnerships with tangible business value and revenue impact
Proven ability to assess potential partnerships with a strategic lens; thinking through use cases, value proposition, what that means for the business case, and what tangible business benefit it provides in the short and long term
Strong aptitude for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of Worldpay as well as client/partner organizations
Payments industry experience is strongly preferred but can be substituted with product partnerships experience in tech / fin tech
