Key responsibilities & impact

Support Host Growth Specialists throughout the acquisition process, tracking the progress of each lead in the funnel
Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with potential hosts
Review host forms and submissions, ensuring all information is complete and accurate (photos, infrastructure details, pricing, operational information)
Verify and organize contracts, agreements, and supporting documents appropriately
Keep records up to date in the CRM, including acquisition stages, notes, and documentation
Support handoffs between teams (Acquisition, Onboarding, and Account Management), ensuring information is well documented
Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate to improve internal processes

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields, with availability for at least 1.5 years of internship
Advanced English — you will communicate with hosts and use tools in English on a daily basis
Familiarity with Excel for data organization and process tracking
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly
Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear and concise
Genuine willingness to learn hands-on how sales, partnerships, and marketplace growth operations work
Alignment with Worldpackers’ mission and a passion for travel and transformative experiences
Availability to intern from 8:00–15:00 or 9:00–16:00
