About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Oversee paid media, SEO, and organic growth channels, ensuring strong CAC efficiency and marketing ROI
- Optimize the end-to-end user journey, improving conversion rates through data-driven insights and experimentation
- Design and implement community-led growth programs
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team across Performance, SEO Content, and Analytics
- Build strong alignment between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations
- Drive CRM and lifecycle strategies
- Strengthen brand positioning and product marketing
- Implement data governance and performance dashboards
- Lead the adoption of AI and marketing innovation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12+ years of experience in Growth or Marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of improving LTV/CAC, contribution margin, and scalable revenue growth
- Experience leading and scaling senior marketing teams (15–20+ people)
- Strong ability to connect marketing strategy with product, sales, and operational goals
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, growth strategy, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical and financial mindset, with experience managing forecasts, unit economics, and performance dashboards
- Experience structuring marketing operations and prioritization frameworks in fast-growing environments
- Strategic understanding of brand positioning and product marketing
- Ability to operate with high autonomy, systems thinking, and strong decision-making in complex environments
