About the role

  • Support our Inside Sales engine across three core areas: Lead Engagement, Lead Qualification, and Sales Conversion.
  • Respond to and engage high-intent travelers across channels like Website (Chatbot), App, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Push Notifications.
  • Conduct outreach via Email, Phone, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • Qualify travelers based on defined Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) criteria and ensure a smooth journey from first conversation to booking.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or inside sales
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confidence engaging prospects via phone and digital channels
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Interest in travel, group experiences, or community-driven products
