Learning and Development

• Curate, organize, and maintain Worldly's help center and knowledge base to ensure accurate and easily accessible information for customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Worldly platform and related methodologies, working closely with the Growth and Product teams to articulate the functionalities and value of the Worldly platform.
• Define and execute knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.
• Manage communication with partner organizations such as Cascale to ensure that updates to Higg Index tools are communicated to customers and education content is kept up to date
• Cross-functional collaboration with all internal teams, including Sustainability, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, etc., to collect and document product knowledge
• Optimizing Worldly AI Assistance capabilities by owning the creation, editing, and management of all knowledge base articles.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to scale content creation and updates as well as create AI-assisted workflows for ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Champion a culture of customer and partner success in which every customer or partner interaction is an opportunity to solve problems and strengthen the relationship with the customer
• Owns end-to-end translation management for knowledge base documentation using Lokalise across 8 languages
• Occasional travel for team off-sites or customer trainings.

Knowledge Manager

Sales

• Audit existing sales workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Design and implement process improvements that reduce friction and increase rep productivity
• Document and socialize improved workflows across the sales team
• Measure the impact of process changes and iterate based on feedback
• Research and evaluate AI tools applicable to sales use cases (e.g., prospecting, outreach personalization, call summarization, pipeline analysis)
• Prototype and test AI-powered automations in collaboration with sales leadership
• Build lightweight internal resources (playbooks, guides, templates) to enable reps to leverage AI tools effectively
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to embed AI into recurring sales activities
• Support sales leadership with ad hoc research, data pulls, and project execution
• Help prepare materials for team meetings, QBRs, and internal reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, RevOps, product) on projects that touch the sales team
• Participate in team rituals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Growth Marketing

• Own and evolve Worldly's global customer growth strategy, with a focus on net revenue retention, expansion ARR, product adoption, and long-term value creation across the customer base
• Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms across Customer Success and Account Management, ensuring alignment with company-level revenue goals
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align post-sale strategy with broader GTM priorities
• Serve as an executive-level point of view on customer health, risk, and opportunity
• Lead a 15+ person organization comprising Customer Success and Account Management, including established managers across both functions
• Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations at every level of the team
• Assess the current state of both functions — strengths, gaps, and opportunities — and build a clear roadmap for elevating performance
