About the role

  • Lead the CRM roadmap: prioritize and deliver high-impact projects to improve sales efficiency, customer experience, and retention
  • Design intelligent workflows: create and optimize automated journeys across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Write high-impact CRM content: structure onboarding journeys and messages that drive engagement and loyalty
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our CRM stack: manage tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, Productfruits, etc., ensuring their proper functioning, evolution, and user support
  • Leverage data: create dashboards and reports to give teams clear visibility into performance, usage, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM
  • Excellent writing skills and a strong sense for content
  • Analytical mindset: KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
  • Ability to independently manage cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in French and English (German is a highly valued plus)
