About the role
- Lead the CRM roadmap: prioritize and deliver high-impact projects to improve sales efficiency, customer experience, and retention
- Design intelligent workflows: create and optimize automated journeys across the entire customer lifecycle
- Write high-impact CRM content: structure onboarding journeys and messages that drive engagement and loyalty
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our CRM stack: manage tools such as HubSpot, Brevo, Productfruits, etc., ensuring their proper functioning, evolution, and user support
- Leverage data: create dashboards and reports to give teams clear visibility into performance, usage, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM
- Excellent writing skills and a strong sense for content
- Analytical mindset: KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Ability to independently manage cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in French and English (German is a highly valued plus)
