About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the primary point of contact with HQ Program Operations and Country office staff (in English and Spanish) to understand business questions, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs.
Design and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights tailored to end-user needs.
Validate report data for accuracy, ensure dashboards reflect correct business needs rules and structures, and maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions.
Develop and deliver training, and job aids (in English and Spanish) to help users navigate and interpret reports.
Provide ongoing user support in English and Spanish by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding non-technical staff in data-driven decision-making.
Assist in system issue triage by reproducing and documenting errors, coordinating with relevant teams, and testing fixes.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, providing feedback and supporting release communications.
Assist with periodic access audits and coordinate with IT on user provisioning for reporting tools.
Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and light process improvement activities in collaboration with the Director.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with demonstrated ability to support Spanish-speaking users.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and related analytics tools is preferred.
Experience leading requirements discussions, documenting business needs, and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with one or more of: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems preferred.
Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration are highly desired.
Experience working with international or distributed teams strongly preferred.
Occasional travel to WWF-US field or country office may be required.
