About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain, monitor, and support global IT systems and infrastructure
  • Lead multiple projects, providing technical guidance to Endpoint and Systems Administrators
  • Ensure reliability, security, and performance of enterprise computing platforms
  • Design, build, and optimize systems operating environment including servers, storage, and backup solutions
  • Manage access controls, security applications, and system backups
  • Analyze system failures, respond to incidents, and execute contingency plans to maintain operational continuity
  • Support 24/7 operations and lead disaster recovery efforts
  • Manage off-site storage processes
  • Provide expert support and training to system users, technical teams, and vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise-level servers and IT infrastructure.
  • At least 5+ years of experience designing, configuring, deploying, and optimizing server hardware and operating environments.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in information technology, with a focus on endpoint systems and enterprise computing platforms.
