About the role
- Receive all GN notifications, sponsor gifts, and correspondence (hard copies and e‑letters) from the NO and Support Offices.
- Process all GNs, sponsor gifts, and letters in accordance with Sponsorship Standards.
- Review GN Thank You letters and child replies from communities for quality, upload them into Horizon, and close cases within the required turnaround time.
- Track all GN‑related correspondence (hard copies and e‑letters) in the Horizon system.
- Ensure data consistency across NO, SO, and AP tracking systems, and confirm that all correspondence is processed per sponsorship standards.
- Follow up with Finance on all GN payments and address queries related to GNs, sponsor gifts, and letters, while keeping NO and Support Offices updated on request statuses.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on GNs, sponsor gifts, and letters (hard copies and e‑letters) to Cluster and Sponsorship Managers.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of GNs, sponsor gifts, and letters with the NO Correspondence Analyst, and share reconciliation reports with Cluster and Sponsorship Managers.
- Track, record, and report expenses related to GN administration, including stamps and envelopes, for all APs.
- Support the Cluster team in sponsorship processes to ensure the achievement of green ratings in GNOD reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 Credit in West African School Certificate Examination/or General Certificate of Education (English Language inclusive)
- Willingness to work, learn and grow
- Good knowledge in English
