Preferably bachelor's degree majoring in Public Health or social development or any other relevant field.
Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Coordinator or Specialist with bachelor’s degree in health, social development, or relevant field.
Preferably experienced in working with Puskesmas.
Had experience working (directly or indirectly) with grant funded projects.
Had experience working in humanitarian and development contexts.
Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Able to travel within the country for coordination purposes to national office, government or donor requirement.
Prepared to engage in field mobility activities.
Has strong understanding in health issues in national.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Having experience in conducting baseline/evaluation activities, especially in the health/ sector.
Advanced to use all digital platforms for meetings and daily work, and Ms. Office suite.
