About the role

  • Oversee program in NTT and East Java regions.
  • Supervise Community Health Officers.
  • Ensure completion of tasks and quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate daily project implementation with Community Health Officers
  • Engage local governments and partners to sustain program benefits.

Requirements

  • Preferably bachelor's degree majoring in Public Health or social development or any other relevant field.
  • Min. 3 years’ experience as Project Coordinator or Specialist with bachelor’s degree in health, social development, or relevant field.
  • Preferably experienced in working with Puskesmas.
  • Had experience working (directly or indirectly) with grant funded projects.
  • Had experience working in humanitarian and development contexts.
  • Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and report writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to travel within the country for coordination purposes to national office, government or donor requirement.
  • Prepared to engage in field mobility activities.
  • Has strong understanding in health issues in national.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  • Having experience in conducting baseline/evaluation activities, especially in the health/ sector.
  • Advanced to use all digital platforms for meetings and daily work, and Ms. Office suite.
