About the role

  • Lead the reporting and analysis of global marketing and fundraising budgets
  • Facilitate budget allocation for GMCS operating and strategic budgets of $20M+ and 100+ staff
  • Aggregate and analyze operating performance versus budget throughout the year
  • Facilitate agile reallocation of budget to enable GMCS to achieve its priorities
  • Calculate the return on investment of key initiatives and projects
  • Design & report capability assessments in support of GMCS strategy
  • Manage consolidation, reporting, and analysis of GMCS operating and strategic marketing expenditures versus budget
  • Train, equip, and support GMCS budget owners for effective budget understanding and reallocation
  • Lead recurring reporting and analysis of results for the Community of Practices’ capability assessments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics and budget management
  • Experience with data consolidation and warehousing
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Advanced Microsoft Power BI and Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to present complex marketing or budget analysis in a simple, clear way to drive leadership action
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty, build relationships, and influence change in a complex, multi-cultural organization
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively in English.
