Account Manager

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key project partners in the geography of focus
• Develop robust relationships with country level project stakeholders, including the donor, the access to finance lead partner, relevant governments and enterprise support organisations.
• Represent WUSC among stakeholders, ensuring that the project can provide value to local actors and make a positive impact within the entrepreneurial ecosystem
• Provide support for project activities in the geography of focus.
• Contribute to key project planning deliverables (i.e. Initiative Inception Plan, Annual Work Plans) using results based management approaches and tools;
• Support the integration of specific strategies for cross-cutting themes (capacity building, gender equality, youth and refugee inclusion, disability inclusion, enterprise support and capital allocation) for the initiative
• Share in WUSC’s commitment and approach to advance gender equality and social inclusion for all young people
• Maintain open and effective communication amongst local partners
• Work with the project team to implement, revise and update the project work plans and strategies
• Contribute to the development of project annual work plans and annual reports for submission to the donor, showcasing success stories and highlighting key results
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to manage and monitor the budget allocated to the key activities of responsibility, and contributing to the financial reports as needed
• Work closely with the M&E manager to ensure targets are set, and results are being monitored according to the PMF, as well as identifying and highlighting any unintended results
• Work closely with the Gender Equality Manager to ensure that the GESI considerations are integrated into activities according to the GESI strategy and work plan.
• Actively participating in team meetings, stakeholder meetings and other events as required

Communications

• Generate and review content to ensure high-quality, bilingual communications
• Write, edit, and proofread materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone
• Translate key content and support a global team with communication resources
• Oversee quality control for all bilingual communications published across corporate channels
• Translate select communication products, including blog posts and press releases
• Support the development and implementation of WUSC’s corporate editorial calendar
• Monitor project and country communications materials to ensure they accurately represent WUSC
• Create resources and develop workshops to help build team capacity

Communications Officer

Administrative Assistant

• Provide support in financial management and follow-up of a multi-country project.
• Preparing and submitting monthly accounts for the FSSP to the Financial Analyst as per corporate month end closing deadlines.
• Preparing monthly invoices of reimbursable expenses and submitting to FA for inclusion in the monthly invoice to be submitted by WUSC Peru to GAC.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting documents, including invoices and timesheets for all invoices submitted to GAC for reimbursement.
• Provide the Project Manager with the necessary information for the preparation of annual, semi-annual, or final financial reports.
• Providing financial advice related to Peruvian laws and regulations, banking institutions, the reasonableness of estimated expenses for products or services in Peru, working in the country.

Operations

• Under the supervision of the Senior Manager and working closely with the Coordinator, SRP Operations and Manager, SRP Network, support the operational processes related to immigration, arrivals and placement process.
• Coordinate the program data management infrastructure that is used by the SRP Global Team (i.e. Salesforce) to manage program records and processes to maintain compliance and quality assurance standards, and continuous program improvements.
• Support the administrative and technology aspects of the Canadian immigration process for SRP students and sponsorship groups.
• Support the administration of the SRP academic matching process, including folder set-up, spreadsheet management and mail-merging for mass sendouts.
• Support the student arrivals process, including recording Notice of Arrival Transmissions (NATs), tracking delays and supporting communications with sponsorship groups and airport Service Provider Organizations (SPOs) as / when needed.
• Support the tracking of WUSC’s annual SAH allocation to ensure accuracy.
• Provide support to the SRP student selection and preparation processes, including technical support relating to the online application form and student preparation webinars.
• Maintain and update electronic program files and records, including Salesforce maintenance, and ensuring accuracy and relevance of the SRP Google Drive folders and archived materials.
• Support the implementation of relevant data collection tools and database modules to effectively collect data and monitor program outcomes.
• Respond to and facilitate requests for SRP data.
• Prepare and contribute to reports as required.
• Develop appropriate measures and ensure the integrity and safety of data across platforms.
• Support the team in implementing good practices in data management and data quality assurance.
• Support the team to identify, develop, and implement improvements to systems, processes, and tools to enhance the data collection, information management and knowledge sharing of the SRP.
• Participate in WUSC MERL Community of Practice.
• Support annual processes such as the WUSC Annual Report, and Global Results and Reach Framework tracking system.
• Other related duties.
