Product Manager

• Support product and project initiatives by identifying and analyzing business needs, contributing to effort estimates, defining scope and objectives, and collaborating closely with business users.
• Own, maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for assigned domains in alignment with product vision and business strategy.
• Partner with Business Analysts and Scrum team members to create clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Build deep knowledge of travel booking workflows, including but not limited to prospecting, search, fare rules, booking, passengers, itineraries, cancellations, and refunds.
• Develop a strong understanding of the technical ecosystem, including front-end experiences, back-end services, core APIs, and integrations with third-party travel systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and domains.

• Execute a comprehensive, multi-platform paid social media strategy for World Travel Holding’s owned cruise brands.
• Ideate, create, and publish a consistent stream of high-quality, engaging content tailored across each of the social media platforms.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, with a clear goal of generating authentic, high-performing User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Plan, deploy, and optimize paid social media campaigns for four owned brands.

• Own the end-to-end definition of requirements, from early discovery through delivery and validation
• Create high-quality user stories and detailed acceptance criteria that enable development and QA teams to deliver effectively and continuously

• Participate in project estimation and assessment efforts, partnering with engineering to evaluate scope, complexity, and delivery timelines
