About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop a minimum of six branded email templates for newsletters, donor communications, and fundraising appeals.
Develop country- and interest-specific dynamic content.
Design and develop at least two HTML forms for email capture and lead generation.
Reimagine and build engagement studio journeys for new donors and subscribers.
Provide recommendations for optimizing Salesforce Account Engagement and underutilized features.
Train staff on all deliverables and provide recorded training sessions for future use.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (nonprofit preferred).
Strong expertise in HTML email design and template development.
Experience with email automation systems and engagement optimization.
Ability to analyze audience behavior and improve segmentation strategies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to align email marketing efforts with organizational strategies.
Experience in charitable, nonprofit, or cause-driven campaigns preferred.
