About the role

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Customize objects, fields, workflows, and reports
  • Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce configurations
  • Administer and/or support CommCare, Sage Intacct, Nexonia, Dayforce and other World Renew platforms, ensuring seamless integration and user support
  • Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access controls in Microsoft 365
  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Implement security policies including MFA, DLP, and conditional access
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including migration, integration, and adoption of new technologies
  • Provide day-to-day support for systems users worldwide

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on systems administration experience in a global, multi-site organization.
  • Direct experience supporting Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ideally Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce.
  • Experience providing support to remote teams in low-connectivity environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Additional IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) preferred.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
