About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and monitor daily work activities of employees
Conduct client intake interviews and comprehensive assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions
Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches
Deliver crisis intervention services
Partner with staff and external organizations for wellness programs
Maintain accurate and timely client records
Coordinate work schedule to meet client needs

Requirements

Mature and personal Christian faith
Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or relevant field
Licensed or license eligible in Illinois (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
Fluency in Spanish required
Experience adapting therapeutic interventions to diverse populations
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and Microsoft Office applications
