About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This role is responsible for supervising others, including monitoring daily work activities, tracking and approving timesheets, and monitoring performance
Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of MHPSS group interventions (First Aid Arts, Hope Groups, Amal for Children)
Manage program logistics, calendar, and participant recruitment
Facilitate psychosocial groups, conduct intakes, assessments, and referrals
Provide training and reflective supervision for staff, interns, and volunteers
Build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
Track outcomes using validated tools; prepare reports for funders and leadership
Ensure program compliance with policies, ethical standards, and funding requirements
Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mature and personal Christian faith
Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or Mental Health Counseling required
2+ years’ experience in social work, mental health, or program management post graduation
Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or multicultural populations
Successful completion of background check
