About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This role is responsible for supervising others, including monitoring daily work activities, tracking and approving timesheets, and monitoring performance
  • Oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of MHPSS group interventions (First Aid Arts, Hope Groups, Amal for Children)
  • Manage program logistics, calendar, and participant recruitment
  • Facilitate psychosocial groups, conduct intakes, assessments, and referrals
  • Provide training and reflective supervision for staff, interns, and volunteers
  • Build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
  • Track outcomes using validated tools; prepare reports for funders and leadership
  • Ensure program compliance with policies, ethical standards, and funding requirements
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mature and personal Christian faith
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
  • Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or Mental Health Counseling required
  • 2+ years’ experience in social work, mental health, or program management post graduation
  • Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or multicultural populations
  • Successful completion of background check
