Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Mature and personal Christian faith
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
  • Experience in community outreach, education, social services, or related fields
  • Lived experience or deep familiarity with refugee and immigrant communities
  • Strong interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse audiences
  • Commitment to trauma informed, strengths based, and culturally responsive practices
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language commonly spoken by participants
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive, systematic thinker
  • Effective task manager
  • Flexibility and ability to change plans as needed
  • Professionalism and a commitment to the highest ethical standards
