Key responsibilities & impact

This role provides specialized administrative and coordination support within fundraising and development.
Fundraising and Development Coordinators assist with donor or funder communications, helping ensure fundraising processes and timelines are executed effectively.
Lead the annual fundraising plan, including campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities.
Identify, track, and coordinate grant opportunities, timelines, and submissions.
Build and maintain relationships with donors, partner churches, and local businesses.
Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics, sponsorship outreach, and follow-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mature and personal Christian faith
Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
At least two years of experience in fundraising, grants administration, or nonprofit development support
Strong organizational and writing skills.
