Requirements
What you’ll need- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and nonprofit experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community engagement, partnership development, or related nonprofit work
- Experience organizing donation drives, volunteer initiatives, or community outreach events
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Periodic evening and weekend availability required
- Authorization to work legally in the U.S.
