About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for major capital projects and ongoing facilities repair and maintenance (R&M) services
- Drive competitive bidding outcomes, reduce commercial and operational risk, and ensure safe, on‑time project execution
- Work closely with Operations Directors, Project Managers, HSE, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable cost savings
- Align sourcing and contracting timelines with project schedules and capital approval gates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA/MS preferred)
- 8–10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in Oil & Gas, construction, or technical services
- Strong experience running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and managing multi‑site or technical programs
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including TCO and change‑order analysis
