About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a territory and drive new business growth across fuel cards, delivered fuel, and lubricants
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, field visits, and account expansion
- Manage and grow your existing book of business while winning new logos
- Identify opportunities through data, trends, and customer insights
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and performance tracking
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–5 years of outside sales experience
- Strong communicator who can influence and close deals
- Enjoy prospecting, relationship building, and being in the field
- Organized, accountable, and customer-first mindset
