Sales Executive – Early Career, Field-Based
World KinectSales Executive for World Fuel fostering relationships and securing new business with commercial fuel solutions. Aiming to impact business efficiency and fuel cost management for customers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts
- Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
- Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business
- Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers
- Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong desire to build a long-term career in sales
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to win
- High energy with a strong work ethic and resilience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to be in the field and learn through hands-on experience
- Coachable with a true hunter mentality
