Trip Support Specialist III
World KinectTrip Support Specialist coordinating international trip operations for World Fuel. Requires strong organizational skills and experience in the aviation industry to support customer relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate daily trip operations including: Ground handling, permits, slots, flight following, hotel and transportation arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact and Account Executive for assigned Trip Support accounts
- Maintain strong knowledge of all Trip Support products and effectively communicate them to customers
- Build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (or equivalent aviation experience)
- 5–10 years of experience in the aviation industry preferred
- Proven customer service and account management success
- High attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Strong understanding of aviation operational processes, systems, and trip support service
