About the role

  • Create high-quality graphics for digital and print: social media, web banners, brochures, infographics, ads, and more
  • Develop layouts that bring clarity, structure, and professionalism to marketing materials
  • Build visuals that tell meaningful stories and elevate our brand’s message
  • Enhance PowerPoint presentations with polished, modern design aligned to brand guidelines
  • Use the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro)
  • Work with Figma, Canva, and other design tools as needed
  • Deliver pixel-perfect design files across multiple platforms and formats
  • Partner with teams across the company and external agencies to develop creative assets
  • Support projects from concept to delivery: logos, web graphics, corporate identity packages, and presentation templates
  • Help strengthen and evolve the World Kinect brand identity with fresh, consistent design
  • Influence updates to brand guidelines while maintaining brand integrity
  • Manage print production (quotes, vendor coordination, paper/finish approvals, invoicing, timelines)
  • Maintain the company’s brand portfolio and ensure all materials reflect updated branding
  • Build and manage a digital asset library for collateral, imagery, and templates
  • Provide creative alternatives and evolutions for existing materials
  • Lead projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and expectations

Requirements

  • Proven graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing layout, storytelling, and visual design
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint —able to build polished, visually engaging decks
  • Expert-level comfort with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Understanding of print processes and prepping production-ready files
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and design accuracy
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a design-focused marketing role
  • Experience with B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends
