About the role

  • Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
  • Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
  • Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries.
  • Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Experience supporting test planning and execution.
  • Ability to create functional workflow diagrams.
