About the role
- Partner with product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and specs that align with sprint goals and product vision.
- Collaborate with Dev team to define test strategies and ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Use your knowledge of Order Management and Order to Cash processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives—and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Create process flows, functional documentation, and support solution demos and workshops.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and writing basic SQL queries.
- Exposure to ERP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Experience supporting test planning and execution.
- Ability to create functional workflow diagrams.
