- Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight to drive the financial health and performance of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
- Play a key part in optimizing capital structure, enhancing profitability, and supporting sustainable growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting, is required.
- Degree(s) must be from a credible college or university
- Excellent technology and communication skills
- Ability to work independently to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Be a motivated self-starter who can make thoughtful, deliberate decisions with minimal assistance.
- The desire to be an enthusiastic, cooperative team player who is always seeking ways to improve processes.
