Key responsibilities & impact

Translate requirements and support product roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Serve as the primary business representative for Salesforce initiatives
Partner with business teams to understand priorities and translate them into clear user stories
Maintain and execute a prioritized Salesforce product backlog across enhancements, defects
Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce capabilities
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams
Support delivery of Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Monitor in-flight Salesforce initiatives and provide regular status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related experience supporting enterprise platforms
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA capacity
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience supporting backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
