About the role

  • Gather and review daily transactions across various banking portals
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate transactions for additional insights
  • Categorize daily bank transactions according to their respective GL codes
  • Execute weekly loan funding procedures
  • Assemble weekly reports related to accounts payable transactions
  • Record interest payments on notes payable
  • Compile a monthly report detailing bank fees and charges
  • Manage and support loan collections payment postings

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, or you should have equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Industry Background:
  • - Financial institution background is a plus
  • Technical Skills Required: Proficient understanding of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills.
  • Essential Soft Skills: Collaboration and effective communication, critical analytical thinking, eagerness to learn and grow.
