About the role
- Support the Head of Risk & Compliance in independent objective assurance and undertaking audits
- Assist in the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activities
- Evaluate the organization's risk management processes
- Review adherence to statutory regulations and internal policies
- Support investigations into suspected fraud or misuse of resources
- Review and assess financial, operational, and programmatic activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Professional qualification preferred - CPA, ACCA, CIA or actively pursuing certification
- 3-5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in an internal audit or assurance role
- Familiarity with office software (Sage Evolution, Shopify, Ms Office)
