About the role

  • Define and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and value propositions for Business Services;
  • Oversee product lifecycle management, including discovery, prioritization, development, delivery and continuous improvement;
  • Ensure product initiatives align with organizational objectives, user needs and internal standards;
  • Lead the overall program and portfolio for Business Services, ensuring coordination, risk visibility and timely execution of initiatives;
  • Provide portfolio-level insights and recommendations to support departmental leadership decision-making;
  • Manage the Agency’s digital products and systems: Anti-Doping eLearning Platform (ADEL), enterprise systems (Microsoft-based: SharePoint, CRM, Business Central) and other SaaS tools (Monday.com, Smartling, DocuSign);
  • Produce regular reports on key performance indicators and performance for the department director;
  • Manage and develop staff within the unit;
  • Set priorities, assign responsibilities and ensure the team performs and collaborates effectively;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, organizational development, technology or another relevant field;
  • Experience developing and managing digital assets;
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), including providing customer support;
  • Experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders (internal and external) and delivering high-quality stakeholder service;
  • 3 years of project management experience;
  • Change management expertise and a proven track record of leading change;
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing SharePoint or a similar platform;
  • Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA; Confluence is an asset);
  • Highly developed interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, with or without supervision, and as part of cross-functional teams and an organization in a structured and organized way;
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills — ability to write and speak clearly to communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner;
  • Excellent command of one of WADA’s official languages (English or French) and a very good working knowledge of the other; other languages are an asset;
  • Occasional evening and/or weekend work required;
  • No travel required;
