About the role

  • Launch Embedded Payroll: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our new Payroll product. From vendor selection, API integration & integrated UX design, to go-to-market strategy and scaling, you will ensure our customers can pay their teams as seamlessly as they schedule their jobs.
  • Master the Fintech Ecosystem: Manage the strategic roadmap for a massive, multi-product infrastructure including:
  • Payment Acceptance: Card, ACH, and Check processing.
  • Lending & Capital: Capital advances and Consumer Financing.
  • Banking & Disbursements: Bill Pay, Cash Flow Banking, and Fleet Cards.
  • Managed Services: Overseeing the product requirements for Collections and Dispute Agents.
  • Drive AI Integration: Partner with our Engineering and Data teams to leverage AI in automating cash flow forecasting, fraud detection, and optimized collections.
  • Strategic Leadership: Align the Fintech roadmap with WorkWave’s broader vision, ensuring every financial tool drives stickiness and growth for our core Pest, Lawn, Janitorial and Security customers.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products meet the rigorous standards of the financial services industry while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • Fintech Expertise: You have 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Fintech, Payments, or Embedded Finance.
  • Builder Mindset: You have a proven track record of launching complex products (ideally Payroll or Banking-as-a-Service) from the ground up.
  • Strong Systems Thinking: You can navigate the intricacies of multi-product platforms and understand how disparate services (like Fleet Cards and Collections) weave together into a unified customer experience.
  • Industry Advocacy: You are passionate about the Field Service industry and understand the unique financial challenges faced by landscaping, janitorial, and pest control businesses.
  • Leadership: You are a master of cross-functional influence, capable of rallying Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams around a shared vision.
