About the role

  • Provide leadership across enterprise new-logo sales and account management teams, driving pipeline growth, ensuring sales process excellence
  • Recruit and empower a team of sales reps enabling them to act as strategic partners to the world’s largest field service companies by coaching them to align WorkWave’s solutions with measurable business impact
  • Champion a high performance sales culture that grounded in coaching, accountability, recognition, and continuous development, ensuring both individual and team success
  • Be responsible for ramping your team, performance management, and leading the team to consistently build and execute a healthy pipeline of Enterprise saas opportunities
  • Lead change with clarity and purpose, effectively communicating vision while motivating and inspiring team members
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, inspiring confidence and trust with team members, peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Experience with driving a consultative sales approach
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and revenue focused talent
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel @ 25% to participate in executive sales presentations, tradeshows and corporate events
  • Experience calling on major accounts and national accounts selling complex solutions
