About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze core revenue metrics, including pipeline health, bookings, retention/churn, product usage, and ARR trends
- Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through cohort, segmentation, and funnel analysis
- Own executive-level dashboards using Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Produce weekly business reviews, monthly KPI reports, and C-level and Board reporting materials
- Support bookings forecasting and maintain sales data integrity in the CRM
- Maintain and refine predictive models for capacity planning, representative productivity, and territory performance
- Support quota-setting exercises
- Partner with Sales Management, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Product Operations to unify data sources and workflows
- Ensure consistent data definitions and reporting standards across functions for end-to-end funnel attribution
- Provide insights for annual and quarterly GTM planning, including quota-setting, territory modeling, and headcount planning
- Measure the impact of new processes and enablement programs
- Track KPI performance, identify GTM process breakdowns, and recommend operational improvements
- Respond to urgent requests from the VP of RevOps, CRO, and CFO with accurate analyses of win rates, product sales performance, ASP, churn drivers, and related strategic topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including index/match, nested logic, pivot tables, and scenario modeling
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and pipeline conversion rates
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings to senior leadership
- High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
- Proven ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10%
- Prior experience supporting sales organizations with complex, multi-product solution offerings is advantageous
- Familiarity with enterprise software or subscription business models is advantageous
- Experience with advanced RevTech tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Pendo, and Gainsight is advantageous
