About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting - from intake through offer acceptance for technical and business-critical roles, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and other strategic functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
- Lead candidate assessment and interview management.
- Drive offer strategy and negotiations.
- Provide talent market intelligence.
- Maintain recruiting excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment.
- Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).
- Occasional flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) organizations.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity roles, security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+), and the broader cybersecurity talent landscape.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, particularly the US, UK, India, and the Philippines.
- Experience improving recruiting operations by optimizing hiring processes, interviewer enablement, recruiting workflows, or talent acquisition best practices.
