About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full-cycle recruiting - from intake through offer acceptance for technical and business-critical roles, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and other strategic functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Lead candidate assessment and interview management.
  • Drive offer strategy and negotiations.
  • Provide talent market intelligence.
  • Maintain recruiting excellence.
  • Champion continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a professional home office environment.
  • Commitment to working a standard schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).
  • Occasional flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities as needed.
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) organizations.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity roles, security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+), and the broader cybersecurity talent landscape.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, particularly the US, UK, India, and the Philippines.
  • Experience improving recruiting operations by optimizing hiring processes, interviewer enablement, recruiting workflows, or talent acquisition best practices.
