Oversee successful delivery of 15+ concurrent client projects, maintaining clear communication, prioritization, and escalation processes.
Serve as the Jira and Agile SME—configure workflows, manage sprint cadences, maintain dashboards, and standardize Agile practices across teams.
Build and manage real-time dashboards and KPIs in Jira, Notion, or other reporting tools to monitor progress, productivity, and team performance.

Requirements
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in security, compliance, or SaaS environments.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent client projects with tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Jira, Slack, and Notion, including building dashboards and tracking metrics.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with the ability to coach teams on adoption and delivery.
Skilled in prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication under pressure.
Experience supporting global or 24x5 operations, with proven collaboration across time zones.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
