About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the global product marketing strategy for the iGaming product suite, aligning roadmaps, launches and lifecycle campaigns with business goals
  • Own product positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to multiple regulated markets and player segments
  • Lead and mentor a small product marketing team; set priorities, provide coaching and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Plan and manage product launches end-to-end, coordinating with product management, growth, CRM, creative and legal/compliance to ensure timely, compliant execution
  • Develop go-to-market playbooks, enablement materials and sales/partner resources to drive adoption and commercial outcomes
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights (player analytics, A/B testing, user research) to shape messaging, feature prioritisation and campaign optimisation
  • Define KPIs for product marketing initiatives, monitor performance, and report on impact to senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with regulatory, compliance and responsible gambling teams to ensure all product marketing activity meets local requirements and company policies
  • Represent product marketing in cross-functional forums and contribute to broader product and commercial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, growth marketing or product management within iGaming, gambling or adjacent digital entertainment sectors
  • Demonstrable track record of launching product features and campaigns that drove measurable acquisition, engagement or revenue impact
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills; comfortable working with data, experimentation frameworks and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating positioning, sales enablement and consumer-facing copy
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance constraints in multiple jurisdictions and a commitment to responsible gambling principles
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Eligible to work remotely in the country of employment and able to collaborate across CET-aligned hours
