About the role
- Supporting customers in finding the appropriate worksite safety equipment for their needs
- Conducting equipment sales transactions (cashless)
- Store opening and closing tasks
- Monitoring inventory of training centre materials and supplies
- Resolving customer questions about Worksite training and services
- Providing qualitative mask fit testing to individuals as booked online
- Educating mask fit customers on mask use best practices
- Other duties as required to support the location and client services teams
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in customer service and sales in a retail environment
- Experience in an occupational health and safety role preferred
- Education in medical administration or occupational health and safety preferred
- Experience in delivering qualitative mask fit testing is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and independent setting
- Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail
- Proficiency with Square use or other cashless POS system is considered an asset
- Ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent organization and communication skills
