About the role

  • Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments.
  • Independently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians.
  • Utilize independent insight and discretion when conducting intake calls daily with job seekers.
  • Evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placement.
  • Maintain proficiency in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted.
  • Contribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is required
  • Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
