Senior Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily communications with clients
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify and develop growth opportunities
- Resolve operational and strategic issues
- Act as a strategic advisor for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Map stakeholder relationships
- Engage in the sales cycle
- Serve as a conduit for customer insights and information
- Contribute to internal process and performance improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 5 years of experience in account management, indirect sales, or customer success
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proven experience managing and developing strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of reseller/channel partner ecosystems and B2B sales processes
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate revenue through strategic planning
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Proven track record leading QBRs, developing account growth plans, and effectively resolving customer issues
- Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate involvement of internal subject matter experts
- Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset
