About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily communications with clients
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 5 years of experience in account management, indirect sales, or customer success
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proven experience managing and developing strategic accounts
  • Deep understanding of reseller/channel partner ecosystems and B2B sales processes
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to generate revenue through strategic planning
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven track record leading QBRs, developing account growth plans, and effectively resolving customer issues
  • Experience with CRM systems and relationship intelligence platforms
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate involvement of internal subject matter experts
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic mindset
