About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Effectively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle.
- Support both existing and new clients, delivering practical Health & Safety advice tailored to their specific needs.
- Work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management.
- Divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days.
- Work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts.
- Opportunities to broaden technical expertise, contribute to knowledge sharing within the wider team and explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
- Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Working towards Chartered status
