About the role
- Deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for HR software clients
- Be a key point of contact for clients using our HR system
- Provide tailored training and answer queries
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
- Help clients get the most from their software
- Raise and track any technical issues or enhancement requests with our development team
- Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Client Experience Team
Requirements
- Experienced customer service professional with at least 1 years in a client-facing role
- Understand the importance of building trust and delivering a supportive, solutions-focused experience
- Naturally detail-oriented and highly organised
- Confident using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools
- Keen eye for spotting patterns or recurring issues
- Calm under pressure and professional in approach
- Positive, collaborative mindset
