About the role

  • Deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for HR software clients
  • Be a key point of contact for clients using our HR system
  • Provide tailored training and answer queries
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
  • Help clients get the most from their software
  • Raise and track any technical issues or enhancement requests with our development team
  • Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and Client Experience Team

Requirements

  • Experienced customer service professional with at least 1 years in a client-facing role
  • Understand the importance of building trust and delivering a supportive, solutions-focused experience
  • Naturally detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Confident using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Keen eye for spotting patterns or recurring issues
  • Calm under pressure and professional in approach
  • Positive, collaborative mindset
