About the role
- Build and expand the international B2B business in the Netherlands and BeNeLux
- Strengthen key accounts within drugstores, grocery retail, and B2B platforms
- Prepare and deliver pitches, assortment proposals, and promotional strategies
- Lead annual meetings with partners independently and confidently
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams
- Analyse markets and competitors to identify new opportunities and partnerships
- Represent the company at trade fairs and customer meetings across Europe
Requirements
- Several years of experience in international key account management in FMCG, beauty, health, or nutrition
- Strong understanding of the Dutch retail environment, especially drugstores or grocery retail
- Fluent in English and ideally in Dutch
- Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach to building relationships and delivering impact
- Comfortable working with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems
