About the role
- A Client Accountant responsible for the management of client relationships and accurate and timely delivery of reporting.
- Regular communication with accounts team, property managers, tenants, and clients.
- Leading the Assistant Client Accountant & Accounts Administrators ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting.
- Ensure all client KPI’s have been met.
- Training of Assistant Client Accountants and Accounts Administrators.
- Cash management of client funds ensuring money is transferred in line with client requirements.
- Client and Tenant query resolution.
Requirements
- Studying ACCA, or being AAT qualified is preferred.
- Math's & English G.C.S.E 9-4/A-C.
- Strong Numeracy & Problem Solving Skills.
- IT & Software Skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
