About the role

  • As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll shape the user experience of new AI features in ShareGate Protect. With strong React/TypeScript expertise, you’ll lead the frontend while contributing across the stack. You’ll collaborate with a product designer, data engineer, and data scientist to turn ideas into production-ready solutions. In this small, fast-moving squad, you’ll thrive on experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of frontend features in React/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with the product designer to deliver intuitive, engaging UI/UX.
  • Partner with data engineers and data scientists to integrate AI-driven features.
  • Contribute to backend code in C#/.NET as needed for end-to-end delivery.
  • Run fast experiments and prototypes, iterating quickly based on user and team feedback.
  • Ensure production-ready quality through testing, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in frontend development, ideally in a product-oriented environment;
  • Strong knowledge of frontend development with React (TypeScript);
  • Experience using AI tools in daily software development;
  • Ability to take AI prototypes beyond proof-of-concept into production;
  • Familiarity with Storybook and Chromatic for UI development;
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs;
  • Proficiency in backend development with C#, .NET.
