About the role

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be at the heart of the internal platform initiatives on which all Workleap products are built.
Explore promising ideas and rapidly develop prototypes to test different technologies
Work within a small team driven by a strong spirit of experimentation and rapid iteration cycles
Adopt a trial-and-error approach, viewing each attempt as a learning opportunity
Take calculated risks, gather early feedback, and adjust solutions to maximize impact
Work closely with developers in your team, other teams and technology leaders (staff and principal developers, managers and directors)
Guide the technical implementation of experiments, bridging the gap between exploration and industrialization
Identify high-potential ideas and select the right technologies to bring them into production.

5 to 10 years of experience in back-end development, ideally in a platform engineering-oriented environment;
Experience using AI tools in daily software development;
Strong command of back-end development in C#/.NET;
Ability to plan and lead projects from start to finish;
Strong communication skills;
Solid knowledge of distributed cloud systems and DevOps CI/CD practices.
