About the role
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support initiatives and projects.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Create and maintain change management deliverables, including communication plans, training materials, user guides, and adoption metrics.
- Support business process changes and ensure alignment between technical solutions and end-user needs.
- Integrate OCM activities into project plans, schedules, and release timelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end release management activities.
- Maintain release schedules and calendars across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews, approvals, and go/no-go decision processes.
- Coordinate deployment communications, release notes, and post-release evaluations.
- Ensure releases are implemented consistently with minimal operational disruption.
- Lead the development and distribution of internal and external communications related to changes and releases.
- Coordinate communications with partner organizations to ensure consistent messaging and awareness of upcoming changes.
- Develop templates, service updates, release notifications, and stakeholder briefings.
- Work with functional and technical leads to ensure communications are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Support formal change management and governance processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and adherence to established change lifecycle practices.
- Facilitate change review discussions and contribute to impact, risk, and readiness assessments.
- Track and monitor changes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting change management and/or release management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop clear, effective communication and training materials.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments is an asset.
